Our Mission:
The Halifax Regional Cerebral Palsy Association has as its main objective the betterment of life for its members and those in mainland Nova Scotia who are living with cerebral palsy. The Association endeavors to do this through the provision of social events, financial assistance and education for members and the general public.
Our Logo:
Inside the circle there are two figures - one in a wheelchair and one ambulatory or walking. Both are active. They are surrounded by one open circle, suggestive of the aboriginal healing circle and/or circle of life, with a surrounding line which gradually gets thicker. This indicates how our need for support increases and decreases throughout our lives. There are times when we need more; there are times when we need less.
