The Richard W. Moulton Award:

Richard W. Moulton passed away on March 27, 2001. He was a very concerned, caring and loving grandfather to Shawn Moulton and all his grandchildren. He left wonderful memories to his family, those lives he touched through volunteering in the community and in his church. He actively volunteered in many different walks of life.
Richard W. Moulton understood the need for volunteers in order for our society to thrive. Therefore, he would be quite proud to know that his memory of volunteering endures through the Cerebral Palsy community.
Richard W. Moulton’s sister, Carol von Syberg, approached our Association and asked if we would set up an annual volunteer award in his name.
We perpetuate his memory by presenting the Richard W. Moulton volunteer of the year award to a volunteer within our Association who exemplifies the characteristics of someone who unselfishly gives time to help others.

The 2008 Recipient of this award is: MEREDITH BULLOCK
